Another Bowman Year Gone By

May 8, 2011

It’s been one month (and one day) since my last post, and I’m back, technologically equipped and ready to go (with high hopes of sharing the many happenings on the farm this spring). And I must return with an important tribute. Happy Birthday Jason! You turned 29 yesterday. As my father says, and as many of us know you, a “man of many faces…”

You, sir, Mr. Bowman, are full of life at 29. You have so many dreams, for the farm, for children, for projects and cool trucks to rebuild…for things to grow and animals to raise. You are quiet, somber, excitable, perseverant, and laid-back all at once. I look forward to celebrating many more birthdays with you on the farm! Thank you to our friends and family who shared the day with us. The photo story of the cookout and genuiine music ho-down around a campfire below…

Happy Birthday Jason! What a wonderful night at the farm. I wish I could have been there to celebrate. I hope to see a Swedish face in next years face collection… I really miss you both. Harrigan, a blogpost is on it’s way! Lots of love to both of you!
